Obtained through the mixture with pure spring water from the Antola Natural Park, from the bronze drawing, which makes the surface rough and porous, and through a low temperature drying, which keeps all its properties unaltered. They represent the most known and appreciated typical dish of Italian cuisine in the world. Everyone likes them and in all the various ways they are cooked, even with the simplest seasoning, they are always tasty. Traditionally, spaghetti goes very well with pasta alla carbonara, with tomato, garlic and oil or fish sauce.
